I knew Jaden last year while looking for an experienced FA for my first pregnancy. As it is our first time, we did not know what to do or what to expect, we only knew we wanted to get an insurance asap. Jaden shared with us various plans that are important for us and we are glad to have met Jaden back then as he already had 5 kids and is super experienced with maternity plan and insurance for babies. He also explained and made sure we clearly understood the plans before signing up for them. Jaden is very friendly and patient. He guides us through everything slowly and helps us when we have any queries. I know Jaden literally from an ‘Ah Boy to Man’. I was ‘caught’ by him during his ‘fishing times’ looking for potential customers when he was an Ah Boy more than 10 years ago outside the MRT station. Well, I guess it is affinity as I do not usually respond to cold approaches on the street or cold calls. Jaden left a sincere and patient impression on me.
