I know Jaden literally from an ‘Ah Boy to Man’. I was ‘caught’ by him during his ‘fishing times’ looking for potential customers when he was an Ah Boy more than 10 years ago outside the MRT station. Well, I guess it is affinity as I do not usually respond to cold approaches on the street or cold calls. Jaden left a sincere and patient impression on me. Somehow I trusted him 100% and immediately took up the plan that he proposed. Adapted from a famous saying, “His Honesty leads me to get the Best Policy” Jaden is friendly, has a warm personality and always wears a sincere smile. Even after many years when I no longer get any new products, he still gives me the same friendly and warm treatment. This makes Jaden different from other agents or RMs that I know.

It was in Y2011 when I met a young man at Raffles Place MRT station. With a friendly smile and approachable personality, he passed a small piece of paper to me and asked me to call if I have inquiries. What seemed like a common way of marketing, I thought nothing of it until the content of the note caught my eye. It was self written, typed out and printed on a A4 size paper which is then cut into similar smaller pieces. It tells me that this young man is persevering and really making an effort. Plus seeing hundreds or even thousands of working class professionals walking pass and passing out his leaflets with a smile tells me even one success phone call will mean something. So I did call him and he has been my insurance wealth planner since. This is Jaden, a promising, hardworking, persevering, understanding and compassionate young man. I have known Jaden for more than a decade and he has never failed to return my call/text even once when I need any information or assistance. I am blessed to have made the right choice to stop and listen to him during a roadshow at Boon Keng MRT station. His patience in explaining the different products, his willingness to share views and he is able to work around with my tight budget. He is different from other consultants that I have met and I feel that I can trust him without any questions. Whenever I am getting any new products, he is always there to advice me accordingly. He must have been one of the most hardworking agent that I've ever known- working long hours and responding to client's request within a few short hours all the way to ensuring the client's insurance are submitted before the tranch is close (he was the first in queue back then!!)
