I am a Senior Financial Consultant of APA, one of the largest agencies in Prudential that is founded by Jaden Wang. Before joining Prudential, I worked at one of the local banks in Singapore, achieving numerous TOP 1st banker awards among all the branches locally. It’s a “grand slam” in that industry. Even though I had been promoted to Senior Manager and Assistant Vice President only within 1 year, I quit the bank and joined Jaslyn and Jaden. I knew that I had found what I truly pursue in APA as I benefited from the right mentorship under Jaslyn and Jaden. Jaden's teachings goes beyond work, his approach to life is also what I have learned. 谦和 - This is my impression of Jaden.

I met Jaden outside Woodlands MRT station some 10 plus years ago. He approached me with a 5 years payment plan with Prudential. He was so pleasant and precise with his explanation and he answered everyone of my (unlimited) questions, with enthusiasm. I was convinced! After that he would message me regularly if there were any good plans. I did a couple of more plans under his able guidance. I'm glad that I chose him as my financial consultant. I've tried many other FCs but none could make me comfortable with my decisions.

I know Jaden literally from an ‘Ah Boy to Man’. I was ‘caught’ by him during his ‘fishing times’ looking for potential customers when he was an Ah Boy more than 10 years ago outside the MRT station. Well, I guess it is affinity as I do not usually respond to cold approaches on the street or cold calls. Jaden left a sincere and patient impression on me. Somehow I trusted him 100% and immediately took up the plan that he proposed. Adapted from a famous saying, “His Honesty leads me to get the Best Policy” Jaden is friendly, has a warm personality and always wears a sincere smile. Even after many years when I no longer get any new products, he still gives me the same friendly and warm treatment. This makes Jaden different from other agents or RMs that I know.

I have known Jaden for about one year now. About a year back, I was looking to purchase maternity insurance for both my wife and new born daughter. That was when he approached me. Jaden has a very attentive ear, he listens patiently to our needs before recommending us suitable policies for consideration. His cheerful, upbeat and positive attitude also makes him a very approachable FC. He has never made us feel he was a FC but more of a personal friend. One of the most memorable actions done by Jaden was when he delivered a set of bubble tea and a welcome baby gift to our home when our daughter was born in her first week. It was a heartwarming gesture and we were very surprised! Jaden truly goes above and beyond his profession capacity as a FC. Furthermore, he has a positive attitude and a hardworking spirit.

When Jaden first approached me to do this testimonial for him, I did not hesitate at all, because I truly believe that Jaden is one of the better financial consultants out there. It will truly be a good thing for more people to learn more about Jaden and his team, as well as the services that they provide. I have known Jaden since our secondary school days and I think it's 22 years now. When Jaden first approached me many years back to offer me his services, truth be told I've already signed up for a few insurance policies, many with the contacts of my father. But I'm still very glad that we set up that meeting at Causeway Point, because it struck me that Jaden was different from the rest of the financial consultants that I’ve met. He was very professional, he had very strong product knowledge, and I think most important of all, he's very customer-centric. He takes the effort to understand the needs of each individual client beforehand, and he would actually spend a lot of time to research into the various product offerings to find the product that best suits the needs of the individual. I think it is this can-do spirit and this very strong sense of wanting the best for his client that sets him apart from the other financial consultants that I know. I think these are all very good traits that you would also want to look for in a financial consultant. After being a client of Jaden for many years now, I can also vouch that he takes a genuine interest in the well being of his clients and that he truly makes the effort to reach out to his clients through regular client appreciation events. He's definitely not the kind of financial consultant that would be all nice and charming to you before you sign on the dotted line before disappearing after that. I think to him, being a financial consultant is also being part of your life journey. So, if you and your family have any needs in this aspect, do give Jaden and his team a chance.

I've known Jaden since he first started out as a rookie insurance agent. He must have been one of the most hardworking agent that I've ever known- working long hours and responding to client's request within a few short hours all the way to ensuring the client's insurance are submitted before the tranch is close (he was the first in queue back then!!)
