I’ve known Jaden for ten years now, since 2011. Back then, I got to know him through a promotional call. My husband and I met him for the first time under our void deck and our first impression of him was that he’s not pushy, he’s approachable and humble. I like to tell people that I met Jaden under rather serendipitous circumstances more than ten years ago. I remembered then that he was doing a road show at Raffles Place and I was on my way back from lunch, when he stopped me wanting to have a chat about financial planning and insurance. I normally don't stop for such chats, but somehow Jaden radiated such genuine sincerity that I did end up stopping and we ended up having a good conversation about this topic, which then led to follow up meetings and in fact, many meetings thereafter. Over the years, Jaden has been my go-to financial consultant for all matters relating to financial planning as well as insurance. I like working with him because he's very methodical in his approach. He takes a very genuine interest in his client's needs and then proceeds to recommend products that he finds to be genuinely suitable for his clients. It’s not just about the product recommendation, it's also about the follow up service thereafter. He's always just a phone call away. Most recently, I had some questions regarding the medical claims for my parents, and he assured me that the entire process was going to be easy and fuss-free, and he was actually guiding me along on the claims. It did turn out to be easy and fuss-free which to be quite honest, surprised me because in my mind, claiming for insurance was a complicated matter, but it was in fact really simple. So I was glad to have him helping me along the way, and I was glad that he was there to give advice as well. Throughout the years, testament to his hard work and sincerity towards his clients, he has obviously built for himself a great team as well as a successful company. And yet to me, he remains the same humble and steadfast person that I met those many years ago. I feel assured knowing that my insurance matters, my financial planning matters are in his hands and he is just a phone call away. I have no doubt that I will continue working with Jaden and in fact, I always try as best as I can. If any of my friends would require a financial consultant, he would definitely be the person that I would have no hesitation to introduce to my friends.

I have known Jaden for about one year now. About a year back, I was looking to purchase maternity insurance for both my wife and new born daughter. That was when he approached me. Jaden has a very attentive ear, he listens patiently to our needs before recommending us suitable policies for consideration.
