I knew Jaden last year while looking for an experienced FA for my first pregnancy. As it is our first time, we did not know what to do or what to expect, we only knew we wanted to get an insurance asap. Jaden shared with us various plans that are important for us and we are glad to have met Jaden back then as he already had 5 kids and is super experienced with maternity plan and insurance for babies. He also explained and made sure we clearly understood the plans before signing up for them. Jaden is very friendly and patient. He guides us through everything slowly and helps us when we have any queries. I know Jaden literally from an ‘Ah Boy to Man’. I was ‘caught’ by him during his ‘fishing times’ looking for potential customers when he was an Ah Boy more than 10 years ago outside the MRT station. Well, I guess it is affinity as I do not usually respond to cold approaches on the street or cold calls. Jaden left a sincere and patient impression on me. I met Jaden when I was invited to play for the soccer team he was in. During that time I had little impression of him and went to New Zealand thereafter to pursue my career. I came back to Singapore in year 2018 for a family visit and was looking to sign on for an insurance policy, my brother in law recommended me to Jaden and without hesitation I signed up for the policies he recommended. The reason is because of his transparency in introducing the policies that suit me. I have always assumed that financial consultants are dodgy, hungry for sales and they will do their level best to upsell all the policies they have in hand to make the best profit. To me, Jaden is definitely trust-worthy and I have the highest admiration for him to be able to be able to put his family and friendship first. He changed my perspective and I am grateful to him for his support rendered to me promptly whenever I needed it.
