Jaden's personal values and ethics makes him one of the best bosses I've worked with. He is not just a great boss, but also a great mentor, father and son, which is one of the things I see that sets him apart from others. In May, we went on a 10 days roadtrip in Australia with our team and further extended his trip to spend quality time with his family amidst his busy schedule at work. I was extremely skeptical of the Insurance industry because of past experience with "pushy" agencies. I've known Jaden since he first started out as a rookie insurance agent. He must have been one of the most hardworking agent that I've ever known- working long hours and responding to client's request within a few short hours all the way to ensuring the client's insurance are submitted before the tranch is close (he was the first in queue back then!!) I knew Jaden last year while looking for an experienced FA for my first pregnancy. As it is our first time, we did not know what to do or what to expect, we only knew we wanted to get an insurance asap. Jaden shared with us various plans that are important for us and we are glad to have met Jaden back then as he already had 5 kids and is super experienced with maternity plan and insurance for babies. He also explained and made sure we clearly understood the plans before signing up for them. Jaden is very friendly and patient.
