I have known Jaden for about one year now. About a year back, I was looking to purchase maternity insurance for both my wife and new born daughter. That was when he approached me. Jaden has a very attentive ear, he listens patiently to our needs before recommending us suitable policies for consideration. His cheerful, upbeat and positive attitude also makes him a very approachable FC. He has never made us feel he was a FC but more of a personal friend. One of the most memorable actions done by Jaden was when he delivered a set of bubble tea and a welcome baby gift to our home when our daughter was born in her first week.
