Jaden's personal values and ethics makes him one of the best bosses I've worked with. In May, we went on a 10 days roadtrip in Australia with our team and further extended his trip to spend quality time with his family amidst his busy schedule at work. I know Jaden literally from an ‘Ah Boy to Man’. I was ‘caught’ by him during his ‘fishing times’ looking for potential customers when he was an Ah Boy more than 10 years ago outside the MRT station. Well, I guess it is affinity as I do not usually respond to cold approaches on the street or cold calls. Jaden left a sincere and patient impression on me. Somehow I trusted him 100% and immediately took up the plan that he proposed. Adapted from a famous saying, “His Honesty leads me to get the Best Policy” Jaden is friendly, has a warm personality and always wears a sincere smile. Even after many years when I no longer get any new products, he still gives me the same friendly and warm treatment. This makes Jaden different from other agents or RMs that I know.
